Your satisfaction is our top priority at Raolite. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we’re here to make that process simple and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.

Please note: returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed lighting and electrical items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Custom-ordered or modified items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sprao694@gmail.com with your order details and product pictures.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive pickup instructions or a return address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days and will be credited to you within 2-3 working days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you can request it during your return process. Replacement will be shipped once we receive your returned item.
In case any exchange or replacement is approved, the product will be picked and a new product will be delivered at the time of exchange within 7 working days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
